Doctorate in Criminal Law.
Attorney at Law graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), with a Master’s degree in administering and procuring justice from the Instituto Internacional de Derecho y del Estado (IIDE), Doctorate degree in Criminal Law from the Instituto de Posgrado en Ciencias Penales y Política Criminal de Baja California (INPOCIPE). He served as a public officer for 28 years in justice procurement with various positions such as Coordinator of Agents from the State District Attorney in Michoacán, Delegate of the Federal Prosecutor Office in the State of Tamaulipas, Deputy delegate of Criminal Proceedings in the States of Chiapas, Sinaloa, Nayarit and Mexico City, Federal District Attorney for various States in the country, among others.
He recently partnered into private practice consulting corporations in compliance, strategies in prevention regarding money laundering, fraud, larceny and other felonies, as well as to avoid companies be criminally persecuted by reason of administrative norm compliance.
Academically, he has been a professor in the Law School of Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, as of 2015.
