Humberto Velázquez Villalvazo, an attorney as of 1995 from Universidad del Valle de México, Campus Lomas Verdes. He continued with his studies in 1997, when he obtained his post graduate degree in fiscal law in Mexico City. He graduated with high honors from his Masters School specializing in Criminal Law.
Luis Enrique Adame Muñoz, litigation attorney as of 2007, graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, with various postgraduate studies including A Doctorate in Constitutional and Criminal Law, a master’s degree in Constitutional Proceedings Law, from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Derecho Penal. Likewise he has certified courses in civil proceedings and “amparo” trial law.
Attorney at Law graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC), with a Master’s degree in administering and procuring justice from the Instituto Internacional de Derecho y del Estado (IIDE), Doctorate degree in Criminal Law from the Instituto de Posgrado en Ciencias Penales y Política Criminal de Baja California (INPOCIPE). He served as a public officer for 28 years in justice procurement.
