Humberto Velazquez Villalvazo, holds a degree in Law from the Universidad del Valle de Mexico, Campus Lomas Verdes, State of Mexico from which he graduated in the year 1995. He then continued his studies ending in the year 1997, the Graduate Tax Law Technological University of Mexico in Mexico City, Federal District.
He graduated with academic excellence of the Masters in Criminal Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, UNAM.
In the workplace, in the year 1994 he became a lawyer intern at the law firm Tamez y Asociados in Mexico City, Federal District and later in the year 1998 worked as clerk of the Attorney General of the District Federal, in the direction of the Appropriation with prosecutors arrested Vehicle Theft and sexual offenses.
Since 1999 to 2012, he served as Deputy Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Attorney General’s Office in the states of Baja California and Jalisco. Also, within this institution, he served as Deputy Delegate of the Attorney General’s Office in Baja California.
In the academic area it has been Professor of Criminal Law II course at the University of Guadalajara, Campus Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco; He has given talks at various institutions of higher learning as CETYS University, Autonomous University of Baja California, UNIFRONT and Humanitas; also it has given talks and courses at the Attorney General of Baja California, the Ministry of Municipal Preventive Police and State Security. He has received various trainings in the Attorney General’s Office, the National Institute of Criminal Sciences – INACIPE -, and the Law School of the Institute of the Federal Judiciary of the Judicial Power of the Federation.
